Water is an important fluid to thrive in health. Drinking enough water for your body can help your tissues, cells, joints, pain ,lose weight, clearer skin, increase detoxification in your body. Water helps your brain function. Make it a goal to drink enough water for a healthier you. The formula I recommend is, taking your weight and dividing it in half. Take that number and calculate that into how cups per day you should drink. In some instances you may have to drink more or less. You can determine that according to your activity levels. Hydrate, for thriving in health.
