Here are 3 ways to lower your salt and sugar intake.
Consume more whole, raw un processed foods.
Do not add salt or sugar to processed foods or when you go out to eat.
Use a pinch of salt substitute for example; maldon sea salt to your food and use sugar substitutes like black strap molasses and organic honey.
