Winter time can be challeging for many people to keep up thier exercise regiman. I have learned to walk in teh winter months.This helps me maintain my health and get a little fresh air and hopefully sunshine which are all beneficial for Thriving Health. If you can, continue to walk in the winter months. Bundle up and wear plenty of layers.
Try walking in a nice pair of boots to help prevent you from slipping and falling (make sure to be very careful ) . Invite a friend to walk with you so they can Thrive Too!!!!
