Pain & Inflammation Try This

Many people suffer from pain caused by inflammation in the body. Sometimes the pain can cause lack of mobility. There are many natural remedies to lower inflammation and reduce pain. This natural remedy is my favorite one to get a quick long lasting relief.

Make a tea out of lemon juice, ginger root, tumeric and you can add a little cayenne pepper ( use cayenne cautiously and not for a long period of time).

Note:use 8 ounces of distilled water ,a slice of ginger root, a teaspoon of tumeric and a slice of lemon. A little bit of cayenne if you choose to use it. Recommended to drink up to 3 cups a day.
